The story
Why this work, and why now.
Madeleine McConnell holds a Bachelor's in Family Studies and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has earned advanced credentials as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS), and is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
With a strong background in the addiction treatment field, leadership, and consulting, Madeleine has over 10 years of experience providing consulting services across healthcare systems and served as Chief Executive Officer of a nonprofit organization. She has extensive experience in program design and development, cross-systems collaborations, addiction treatment, and organizational change work.
She completed a fellowship with the University of Michigan's Center for Health and Research Transformation, is an Othmer-trained Neurofeedback provider, and gained additional experience through participation in a leadership development program.
Madeleine is the owner of Solution Focused Consulting, Coaching, and Counseling PLLC and the founder of Lead In, where she combines her expertise in clinical practice, addiction treatment systems, and organizational leadership to support and develop resilient, effective leaders, strengthen knowledgeable treatment professionals, help streamline systems, and support individuals and organizations in strengthening and improving programs and practices.
